Coaching/Safety

All MFSC coaches will be trained/certified/carded
- Mandatory: SafeSport, Concussion, Lindsay's Law
- Mandatory: Background checks
- Mandatory: US Soccer carding
- Mandatory: US Soccer Grassroots training
- Optional: Other education

Player Development Model

Amateur Athletics

We are fostering amateur sports competition for our youth participants at various geographical locations:

Local (Columbus) - Regional (Franklin and the surrounding counties) - State-wide (Ohio)

Education

The coaching instruction we provide to the players is for the purpose of improving and developing his or her capabilities. Age-appropriate skills training, strength and conditioning activities, and nutrition guidance, are all important aspects of the development process.

Sports Teams

We are a soccer-specific club comprised of multiple teams in different youth age groups. Our teams participate in live events (e.g., practices, games, tournaments, camps) in front of non-paying public audiences.
